On December 14, 2024, Hunan Shengli Xianggang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2024 annual strategy meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to provide directional guidance and strategic suggestions for the company's production and operation planning in 2025, ensuring the company maintains steady development and achieves higher performance goals.
The meeting officially commenced in the morning, attended by company leaders, deputy chief engineers, specially appointed experts, and all middle-level management personnel. The morning session was mainly divided into four groups for discussion and exchange: marketing development, management operations, production equipment, and technical quality inspection.
In the afternoon, representatives from each group first summarized and reported the outcomes of their group discussions. Then, department heads summarized their department's work for the year, identified existing problems and shortcomings, and proposed specific implementation plans and measures.
