This year marks the 60th anniversary of Chairman Mao Zedong and other veteran revolutionaries inscribing words for Comrade Lei Feng. Over the past 60 years, the activities of learning from Lei Feng have been continuously and deeply carried out nationwide, and the spirit of Lei Feng has nourished the hearts of generations of Chinese people. General Secretary Xi Jinping has given important instructions on deeply carrying out the activities of learning from Lei Feng, emphasizing the need to profoundly grasp the contemporary connotation of Lei Feng's spirit, to make learning from Lei Feng a widespread trend among the people, especially the youth, and to let the spirit of Lei Feng shine even more brilliantly in the new era.
Visiting the Lei Feng Memorial Hall
To further continue the red legacy and draw spiritual nourishment in the great practice of the new era, on March 19, all party members of the Party Branch of Hunan Shengli Xianggang Steel Pipe joined with the Party Branch of Hunan Zhongnan Water Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. to carry out the themed party day activity "Practicing the Spirit of Lei Feng, Striving to be Pioneers of the Era."
Inside the memorial hall, party members followed the guidance of the pictures, videos, and artifacts to collectively recall Comrade Lei Feng's brief yet brilliant 22-year life journey. They deeply understood Lei Feng's noble ideals and firm beliefs in loving the Party, the motherland, and socialism; his spirit of serving the people and helping others; his dedication to his work with love and professionalism; his innovative spirit of forging ahead and self-improvement; and his entrepreneurial spirit of hard work and frugality.
During the visit and study, party members expressed that they would maintain the enthusiasm and momentum of learning from Comrade Lei Feng, focus on their duties, work diligently and professionally, and transform what they have learned into practical actions to better contribute to the company's development.
Zhongnan Water Environmental Protection Exchange Visit
Subsequently, the company went to Hunan Zhongnan Water Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. for an exchange and study session. Both parties had enthusiastic discussions on their insights from the "Learning from Lei Feng" activities, company development, product sales, and cooperation directions. General Manager Chang Faxiang expressed gratitude for Zhongnan Water's warm reception and hoped that both sides would continuously strengthen exchanges and learning to promote win-win cooperation. After the meeting, the company delegation visited the Zhongnan Water warehouse to view displayed products.
