On September 14th, the company successfully trial-produced straight seam welded pipes, meeting production conditions.

On April 19th, the company's project was officially inaugurated.

2011

On November 1st, the company was jointly established by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.

2014

On January 31, our company obtained the API Spec Q1, API Spec 5L, and ISO/TS 29001 certificates.

On September 9, the company successfully joined CNOOC, becoming its qualified supplier.

On October 20, the company successfully joined Sinopec, becoming its qualified supplier.

2018

On January 31, the company obtained the drinking water hygiene permit issued by the Hunan Provincial Health and Family Planning Comprehensive Supervision Bureau.

On November 30, entrusted by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Xiangtan High-tech Zone organized the acceptance of the company's mechanical testing platform project, and the attending experts unanimously approved the project acceptance.

2015

On December 6th, an evaluation committee composed of Academician Li Helin from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and 11 senior experts and professors from the welded pipe industry conducted a successful evaluation of the project "Research and Application of Straight Seam Double-Sided Submerged Arc Welding (JCOE), Spiral Seam Double-Sided Submerged Arc Welding (SAWH), and Anti-Corrosion Production Line" by Hunan Victory Xianggang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The expert committee unanimously agreed that the project has generally reached an international advanced level, meets the production requirements for high-performance oil and gas transmission welded pipes, and has broad application prospects.

2016

On April 11, the company was awarded the honorary title of "2015 Safe Production Work Unit" by Xiangtan City.

In June, the company received the "Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Unit" certificate of Xiangtan City for the year 2015.

In July, the company passed the CNAS laboratory accreditation for the first time and obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate.

2017

On April 7th, the company was awarded the honorary title of "Provincial-level Workers' Home".

On April 25th, the company completed the single-furnace trial production of X80M steel grade Φ1422×25.7 and Φ1422×30.8 steel pipes for the China-Russia East Line.

In July, the company became a Class A supplier of PetroChina.

In August, the company received the "Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise" certificate for 2016 from Hunan Province and Xiangtan City.

Year 2021

In July, the company signed a steel pipe cooperation framework agreement with the National Pipeline Network.

Year 2020

In March, the company was successfully selected into the key enterprise directory of the new materials industry in Xiangtan High-tech Zone, focusing on deep processing of premium steel materials.

In August, the company's laboratory CNAS expanded its scope to include four foreign standards: ASTM A 751-2014a, ASTM E112-13, ASTM E45-18a, and API RP 5L3-2014, all of which were approved. This effectively improved the overall testing capability and level of the laboratory.

Year 2022

On October 8th, the company was awarded the National High-Tech Enterprise Honorary Title.

In November, the company was awarded the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center Certificate.

On December 21st, the company was awarded the 2022 Hunan Province Green Manufacturing System Demonstration Unit Title.

Year 2019

In July, the company was awarded the honorary title of New Materials Enterprise in Hunan Province.

Year 2023

On June 2nd, in cooperation with Hebei Huayuan Technology Industry, supplied 2,575 tons for the Bangladesh GTCL project order, achieving a breakthrough in exports.

On July 1st, the company was awarded the title of "Three Products" Benchmark Enterprise in the Raw Materials Industry of Hunan Province.

Year 2024

In March, the company was awarded the honorary titles of "2023 Excellent Unit for Work Safety" by Xiangtan High-tech Zone and "2023 Outstanding Unit for Work Safety" by Xianggang Group.

In April, the Spiral Plant's monthly output reached 5,717 tons, breaking the highest record since its establishment.

On June 5th, the company passed the energy management system certification, helping the green factory enhance its market competitiveness.

In August, the company was honored as a Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Hunan Province.

On August 27th, the company was awarded the title of "2024 Intelligent Empowerment for Ten Thousand Enterprises" Benchmark Enterprise for Digital Transformation in Manufacturing in Hunan Province.

On October 18th, the company achieved its best historical results in the national pipeline network annual steel pipe framework bidding: 2nd place in Package A1 (pipe diameter 1422, total 700,000 tons), 5th place in Package A2, and 3rd place in Package A3.
