Hunan Shenli Xianggang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2011 by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. It is an integrated steel pipe production enterprise in the central-southern region, relying on Hunan Iron and Steel Group. The response time for raw material orders leads the industry, and the steel pipe delivery cycle is shortened by more than 30%.
The company owns one LSAW production line with specifications ranging from φ508mm to φ1422mm, with a maximum capacity of 400,000 tons; two HSAW lines with specifications ranging from φ323mm to φ2642mm, with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons; and two coating and lining lines with an annual capacity of 4.8 million square meters, ensuring products meet various coating requirements and extend service life.
Main products: petroleum and natural gas transmission pipelines, submarine transmission pipelines, composite pipes, water transmission pipelines, chemical pipelines, as well as structural pipes for construction, bridges, and jackets, and deep-processed steel pipe products.

Our company manufactures specialized pipelines for air energy storage systems using advanced forming and welding processes. The optimized pipeline structure design keeps gas leakage rates at an extremely low level while reducing its own weight and transmission energy consumption. During frequent gas charging and discharging cycles, it can withstand rapid pressure changes, with a fatigue life exceeding 9,900 cycles, providing key support to improve the overall efficiency and stability of air energy storage systems, and strongly promoting the development of clean energy storage technology.
Bimetal Clad Pipes
Bimetal composite steel pipes are steel pipes manufactured directly using bimetal composite steel plates produced by metallurgical rolling through the JCOE pipe-making process. The inner wall of the pipe is a corrosion-resistant (wear-resistant) alloy layer, and the outer wall is high-quality pipeline steel (carbon steel), giving the pipe the ability to resist internal corrosion (wear) and withstand high external pressure. Additionally, it is more hygienic, environmentally friendly, safe, and economical. It is mainly used for transporting various fluids containing corrosive media, residential drinking water, slurry, etc., and can be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, coal chemical, salt chemical, water conservancy, electric power, papermaking, and food.
