On the morning of January 16, 2025, the 4th Third Session of the Staff Representative Conference and Trade Union Member Representative Conference of Shengli Xianggang Steel Pipe, the 2024 Year-End Work Meeting, Project Breakthrough and Annual Star of Struggle Commendation Conference were grandly held. The company's Party branch secretary and general manager Chang Faxiang, members of the management team, and more than 118 staff and member representatives attended the meeting. Xianggang Group Deputy General Manager and company chairman Du Jiang was invited to attend. The conference was hosted by company director and deputy general manager Dai Zhijian.

Comrade Chang Faxiang delivered the 2024 administrative work report to all representatives. He pointed out that in 2024, the company adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, fully implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, mobilized all employees to focus on the "Four Modernizations and Two Priorities," firmly established the "Four Concepts," and faced a complex and changing market environment. He emphasized that 2025 is the final year of the country's 14th Five-Year Plan and also a breakthrough year for the company to become a "first-class comprehensive steel pipe service provider in the industry." Opportunities and challenges coexist. The company must strictly follow the group's targets and requirements, focus on strategic efficiency enhancement, innovate and transform for further breakthroughs, and strive to achieve the following:

02. Coordinate and plan development routes to form a 1+N diversified product marketing service system.

03. Strictly adhere to the three red lines of safety, environmental protection, and quality, and continuously advance the lean production system.

05. Continuously promote benchmarking, potential excavation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

The company's trade union chairman and financial director Xie Juan, on behalf of the 4th Trade Union Committee, delivered the trade union work report, reviewing and summarizing the work of 2024, and put forward three main requirements for the key tasks in 2025: (1) Strengthen ideological education guidance to gather the strength of the workforce. (2) Strengthen the construction of the workforce and promote innovation and creativity among the majority of employees. (3) Provide good employee rights protection services to promote harmonious and stable labor relations. All staff and member representatives reviewed and voted on the reports. Subsequently, General Manager Chang Faxiang and Trade Union Chairman Xie Juan signed the "Collective Wage Negotiation Agreement."

Finally, Xianggang Group Deputy General Manager and company chairman Du Jiang gave important instructions at the conference.
