November 23, 2024 ， Shengli Xianggang successfully launched the ultra-long steel pipe piles for the third phase of the Songyang Lake project in the Yueyang Port City Lingji Port Area.
As a key provincial and municipal project, the third phase of the Songyang Lake project is crucial for developing the regional economy and building a "one main, one special" modern industrial system (namely port logistics). The steel pipe piles required for this project are all 30 meters long each, with the longest reaching 38 meters. The main pipes use integrally formed spiral steel pipes, accompanied by processing and welding of supporting components such as reinforcement sections, strengthening hoops, and lifting ears. The entire length of the steel pipe piles undergo sandblasting rust removal and anti-corrosion paint spraying, which places higher comprehensive supporting requirements on the pipe manufacturing enterprises. To meet the timeline for the project commencement ceremony, the company attached great importance and made reasonable technical improvements to production and anti-corrosion processes according to product production requirements, successfully completing the supply guarantee work and contributing to the construction of port and water transport projects in Hunan Province.
